Returns, Refunds and Shipping Policy

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. No items will be accepted for return more than 30 days after delivery. To return your product, mail the product in its original packaging to

Shipping Damage
Items damaged in shipping must be immediately reported to shipping company and obtain event or incident number and return shipment. Items damaged in shipping can be returned with incident or event number for prompt replacement.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you the returned item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to their original method of payment minus a restocking fee. The credited amount will require several business days to show up on your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Late or missing refunds
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you haven’t received an expected refund, please check back again with your bank or credit card company first.

Item Replacement
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If item is damaged in shipping please report incident/event to shipping company as soon as possible and upon receipt and follow the steps described in the Shipping Damage section. For all other damaged products send us an email at info@2dcrystalab.com to report problem and obtain instructions to return product.

 

 

Return Shipment Costs

Items returned due to shipping damages will be issued return labels by shipping company. Defective items will need to be reported to us first in order for return labels to be issued. All other returns will not be provided with return label and return shipment costs must be covered by sender. For items over $75, traceable shipment service and shipping insurance is highly recommended.
